I aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. I ship with PostNL world wide, and DHL within the Netherlands and Belgium unless you prefer DHL, then feel free to message me to make arrangements -


All orders are delivered through the mailbox and include tracking number.

  • Outside of Europe €14,50

Your order is professionally packed to ensure a safe journey. Damages are uncommon, however if your jewelry was damaged during delivery, please contact me within 48 hours after receiving your package at You must give pictures of the damage so that we can all see the way forward together.

Please notify your courier with your tracking information if your package is missing or not delivered. WokosCrafts is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.


I gladly accept returns and cancellations, Contact me within 14 days of delivery. 

Incase you wish to ship back the product, Ship the items back within 30 days of delivery.

I will offer a store gift card to the full amount including the shipping costs I have already paid (if applicable), so you don’t have to pay for shipping twice. If you need a refund, I will refund the cost of the item less shipping costs. I do not offer free return shipping for change of mind returns. Wokoscrafts will cover shipping costs in the case of faulty or damaged goods deemed not at fault of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of order confirmation.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, worn, damaged, scratched or missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
  • I do not offer refunds for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • I do not offer refunds for items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
  • Customised or personalised orders.
