At WokosCrafts, we want you to enjoy a smooth and struggle-free shopping experience. Below, you'll find details about our shipping and return policies.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We offer shipping with Post.nl and DHL with estimated delivery times depending on your location.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. However, if there is an issue with your order, we offer store credit as a solution.
  • Bracelets & Necklaces: Can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in unused, original condition and in its packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@wokoscrafts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your store credit or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
